About the role
As anEconomics Analystin ourSydneyOffice, you will work across the full breadth of ACIL Allen's advisory portfolio, including:
developing methodologies and proposals
collecting, analysing and interpreting information
supporting client relationships and overseeing project delivery
contributing to thought leadership in economics and public policy
conducting research, writing reports, and engaging with stakeholders.
At ACIL Allen, analysts are involved in the full lifecycle of client engagement, from scoping work and developing methodologies through to presenting final reports and advice.
From day one,
you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your advisory capabilities by applying your skills and background to complex, challenging and high-profile engagements.
About your qualifications and skills
Tertiary qualification in aquantitative or economics-based discipline(such as Mathematics, Economics/Econometrics, Statistics, or Finance) with an internship or some work experience viewed favourably.
Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, with expertise in other analytical tools, is desirable.

be motivated to contribute to the growth and success of our Sydney economics practice, supporting senior colleagues and leading by example
possess strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to work with economic, financial or other data to generate unique and actionable insights
have the capability to communicate the insights clearly, both in written reports and in dialogue with current and prospective clients and stakeholders
thrive working both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
have the ability to learn across different industry sectors and parts of our advisory practice
