We're offering an opportunity to join our Sydney Commercial team as a Scheduler, responsible for coordinating technicians, managing job bookings, and ensuring efficient service delivery across the Sydney metro area.

About the Role
Schedule and allocate daily jobs to technicians across the Sydney region
Manage incoming service requests, bookings, and reschedules
Optimise technician runs to maximise efficiency and productivity
Act as the key point of contact between customers and field teams




Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time
Ensure all systems are accurately updated (job status, notes, customer details)
Work closely with operations teams to support service delivery and customer satisfaction
About You (Skills & Experience)
Experience in scheduling, logistics, rostering, or coordination (preferred)
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator across phone, email, and internal teams
Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving ability
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using systems/CRM and managing multiple tasks at once
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
