The Role:Working in the Apartment & Mixed-Use Developments side of the business, this position will see you take the lead for one of Sydneys largest urban renewal sites.
With over 15 stages, you will be responsible for:
Operational delivery of all internal and external marketing activities
Liaise with the Project teams (Project Directors, Sales Managers, Development teams, etc) as required, to transform individual project marketing goals into palpable marketing strategies, backed by data and research
Execute across Communications, Advertising, Campaigns, Collateral, Content (direct mail, socials, website, SEM/SEO, events etc)



and Placemaking
Develop marketing budgets for individual projects and ensure the day-to-day execution of marketing activities are within budget
Undertake competitor analysis, market research
Travel between Site and Head Office
Manage customer satisfaction including NPS program, Google reviews, and customer testimonials
Provide management and direction of a Marketing Coordinator
Specific Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years marketing experience (with exposure to Property / Real estate across the majority of that time essential)
Be data-driven and analytically minded with an ability to analyse data, interpret findings, report, present and make data-driven decisions
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Property preferred
Sound written, verbal and interpersonal skills
