This is aPermanentFull-Timeopportunity (38hours per week) based inMacquarieand reporting directly to theHead of Technology.
What we can offer you:
Salary starting from$127,204+ Super, with 100% salary packaging to maximise your take home pay

You'll make a difference in this role by:
Shaping and uplifting the organisation's business and productivity application delivery capability, with a strong focus on the Microsoft and Atlassian technology ecosystems.
Providing technical leadership, delivery oversight, and hands-on engineering expertise to deliver high-quality, scalable, secure, and future-ready application solutions.
Owning and continuously improving the organisation's core client management platform, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to deliver reliable solutions that support business outcomes.
Partnering with business stakeholders to prioritise, scope, and deliver technology enhancements that improve user experience, streamline processes, and meet evolving organisational needs.
Strategically leveraging Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, and Power Platform, to enhance collaboration, productivity, and operational efficiency.




Championing Jira Service Management as the organisation's enterprise service management platform, driving adoption, governance, and best-practice service delivery.
Leading the delivery and adoption of AI-enabled solutions, supporting responsible governance, user enablement, and low-code innovation across the organisation.
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of application developers and support analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
Establishing and promoting best-practice engineering standards, application governance, and delivery approaches to ensure sustainable and effective technology outcomes.
Collaborating with the Head of Technology to define and execute the strategic roadmap for the application ecosystem, including target-state architecture and platform capability uplift.
Ensuring the delivery of secure, compliant, and accessible solutions that support all users, including people who are blind or have low vision.
Undertake other duties and projects as reasonably requested by your manager
About You:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in an applications management or technical delivery leadership role, overseeing business critical software solutions.
Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing a team of software developers and application support analysts.
Demonstrated experience working closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to triage,



scope, and translate business enhancement requests into clear technical requirements
Related Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft 365 productivity suite, including SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform, to develop workflow and productivity improvement solutions.
Jira Service Management administration and configuration experience
