About The Role Contribute to the efficient and effective operation and environment of the site by providing a high level of cleaning support.Ensure that the duties prescribed for the position are completed to an acceptable standard as determined by their supervisor, in accordance with the approved school cleaning program.This role involves split shifts, working before and after the school day (mornings and afternoons).
Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic school environment through routine cleaning of classrooms, offices, amenities and outdoor areas.Clean and maintain school facilities, equipment and flooring to a high standard.Manage rubbish disposal, graffiti removal and general presentation of school grounds.Assist with school security by locking and unlocking buildings and operating security systems.Monitor cleaning supplies and report maintenance, safety and security issues to the Principal or Business Manager.Work collaboratively with school staff to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.
