Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure exceptional customer service is offered on every engagement.
Identify opportunities for improvement and develop initiatives to address these areas for improvement.
Building and maintaining relationships with customer stores and other commercial customers.
Manage first contacts, follow-ups and case resolution.
As necessary, escalates service issues to management.
Provide accurate and timely information.
