Aerofix is seeking a confident and driven individual to join our team in a newly created Logistics Support role. This is an exciting chance to play a key part in supporting our aviation operations across procurement, freight coordination, and administration.

About the Role

As our Logistics Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and procuring aircraft parts and supplies
Coordinating domestic and international freight
Performing aircraft data entry and maintaining technical records
Assisting with personnel movements and staff records
Providing general administrative support across the business

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.

What You’ll Need
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence with technology and digital systems
Current driver’s licence

Desirable
Previous experience in a rapid-paced administration or logistics role including the use of Aerotrack
