We are a locally owned and operated family business located in the Ormeau Industrial area. We are looking for an experienced Accounts clerk with the following attributes
Proficient with Xero accounting software, Microsoft office and Excel.
Solid understating of invoicing, receipting and accounts reconciliation.
Experience and confidence in accounts receivables, including monitoring overdue accounts and following up outstanding balances.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working across multiple systems.
This is a part time position working 4 days per week,
Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 3.30pm.
