About the Role
We're looking for amotivated, client-focused Behaviour Support Practitionerto join ourmultidisciplinary Brisbane team.

Develop, deliver, and monitor behaviour support plans
Provide timely, effective services that meet participant goals
Work independently while being backed by a supportive team
Understand the importance of KPIs—but always put quality care first

What You'll Need
Current registration with theQuality and Safeguards Commission(Core, Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist)
Experience supporting children, adolescents, or adults with complex needs
Passion for helping clients reach their full potential
Robust communication skills—advocacy, mediation, and relationship building
Driver's licence and registered vehicle
