Reporting to the GM of People, you will build a small HR team and partner with senior leaders to shape workforce planning, retention, succession, performance, remuneration and benefits, and HR systems optimisation.
This role requires a background as a senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with strong ER capability and experience mentoring HR
