Estia Health Glen Waverley is seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker (PCA) to join our team on a Fixed Term Part Time basis for 6 months. The role focuses on delivering person-centered care to residents in a welcoming home workplace in Melbourne's east.

You will support daily living, monitor residents' health, and work with a compassionate team to ensure privacy, dignity, and wellbeing for every resident. Training and mentoring are provided within a supportive workplace.
