About Our Client
Our client is a local household name with over 20 years' experience assisting sole traders, ABN holders and more access asset finance, cashflow and other crucial loan solutions.
About the role
Assist clients with appropriate asset and business finance/loan solutions & advice
Structure deals to achieve strong, lender-ready outcomes
Support and strengthen dealer and referral partner relationships alongside the Managing Director
Work alongside the Managing Director to implement and follow through on business initiatives
Take part in business development, new business and networking activities to support the growth of the business and develop new referral partners/pathways
About You
Apart from being down-to-earth, grounded and someone who is resilient, calm and determined when it's crunch time,



you'll also:
Have exposure to car loans, dealership finance, asset broking and/or business cashflow lending
Confident in understanding different lender offerings and aligning appropriate lenders with clients
Have a good understanding of servicability metrics and be able to identify potential risks and roadblocks
Commercially minded — able to balance speed, quality and outcome - understanding the importance of the client experience
Comfortable stepping across and supporting your colleagues as needed
Highly Regarded (but not essential)
Experience in an Asset Broking Business
Attained Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking & Finance or Certificate IV in Financial Services
