The Co-Group Limited in the Northern Rivers region is seeking a Service Coordinator with leadership experience in NDIS/SIL to join our team.
You will coordinate secure, high-quality, person-centred supports, liaise with participants, families and staff, and ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
1–2 years experience in NDIS or disability services is preferred. A Certificate IV in Disability or higher is desirable.
