Reporting to our Director of Sales and will be responsible to lead and own high-value corporate and enterprise accounts, driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic account management and new business acquisition.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the strategic management, growth, and retention of the hotel's corporate account portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role owns key corporate relationships, drives contracted and transient revenue, and ensures the hotel is positioned as the preferred partner within priority corporate segments.
This role requires a commercially minded sales leader with strong relationship management skills, a data-driven approach to account performance, and a proven ability to deliver sustainable revenue growth through strategic account planning and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Account Management & Growth
Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts, including global, national, and local corporate clients.
Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with the hotel's revenue and segment objectives.
Drive year-on-year revenue growth, share shift, and account penetration across accommodation, meetings, and ancillary spend.
Retain existing accounts through proactive engagement, performance reviews, and value-led partnerships.
Revenue & Commercial Accountability
Deliver assigned corporate revenue targets and agreed KPIs across negotiated, contracted and transient business.
Track account production and pipeline; identify risks, trends and growth opportunities and act quickly to close gaps.
Partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, rate strategy, need periods and demand patterns within the corporate segment.
Lead RFPs, contract negotiations and rate renewals in line with the hotel's commercial strategy and rate integrity.
Client Relationships & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and travel managers.
Act as the primary escalation point for key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Deliver professional, data-driven account reviews and business updates to clients.
Represent the hotel at corporate networking functions, events, and industry forums.
Internal Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Sales, Reservations, Revenue,
Marketing, Events, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of corporate business.
Ensure account requirements are achieved across the business (e.g., rate loading, billing, traveller experience and key account communications).
Contribute to overall corporate segment strategy, including market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Reporting & Performance Management
Provide regular performance reports, forecasts, and insights to the Director of Sales.
Maintain accurate account data, forecasts, and activity reporting within the hotel's CRM and sales systems.
Monitor market trends, corporate travel patterns, and competitor activity impacting assigned accounts.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
Proven experience in corporate sales, account management or business development within hospitality, travel or a related service industry.
Demonstrated success managing high-value accounts and delivering measurable revenue growth and retention.
Strong capability in contract negotiation, rate renewals and RFP processes, with confidence engaging procurement and senior stakeholders.
Skills & Abilities
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
Commercially astute with strong analytical skills (forecasting, segmentation and performance tracking).
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into account strategies.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
Comfortable working with CRM and sales systems and using reporting tools to manage pipeline and account plans.
