Trainee Asset Manager
to join our thriving Property Management team.
About the Role
This full-time, Monday to Friday position (that's right—
no weekend work!
) is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in Property Management.
You'll receive training and support while managing a small portfolio, gaining hands-on experience in:
Conducting property inspections
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Rent collection and arrears management
Building positive relationships with landlords and tenants
General administration and day-to-day portfolio management
Every day brings something different, making this a varied, fast-paced, and rewarding role.




About You
You don't need years of experience—we're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn!
You'll be someone who:
Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Is organised and can manage their time effectively
Brings a positive, "can-do" attitude to everything they do
Holds a current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence (or is currently completing the course)
Is confident using technology and enjoys learning recent systems
