Andreasens Green Wholesale Nurseries is one of Australia’s leading wholesale growers, with more than 135 acres under production across multiple sites in Recent South Wales. For over 45 years, we have supplied high-quality plants to trade customers across the commercial and residential landscape sectors, including local councils.

We are currently seeking multiple full-time Horticulturalists to join our team at our Mangrove Mountain nursery.

The Opportunity

This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work in a agile outdoor environment, contributing to the production and maintenance of high-quality plant stock while developing your horticultural expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Planting, watering, and general plant care
Picking, handling, and relocating nursery stock
Pruning, weeding,



and maintaining plant health
Supporting day-to-day nursery operations
Adhering to workplace health and safety (WHS) practices

About You
Experience in horticulture or nursery operations (preferred)
Certificate III in Horticulture (preferred)
Solid work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Sound understanding of horticultural principles
Ability to work outdoors in a physical environment
Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 20kg (essential)
Current driver’s licence (essential)
