Sun Cleaning Corp is one of Australia's fastest-growing premium commercial cleaning companies, delivering exceptional cleaning and facility support services across the country. With continued national growth and plans to expand into New Zealand, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Sydney Head Office and play a key role in the next stage of our journey.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Directors and General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the business while ensuring our clients continue to receive the premium service Sun Cleaning Corp is known for. This is a hands‐on leadership role that requires someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys building solid relationships, and can confidently lead both local and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business operations across multiple client sites.
Review, monitor and develop daily shift checklist reports.
Manage and support our overseas after‐hours operations team.
Lead recruitment, onboarding and compliance processes.
Coordinate staff training, inductions and ongoing development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through both face‐to‐face meetings and regular communication.
Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist with social media engagement and promoting the Sun Cleaning Corp brand.




Work closely with senior management to continually improve systems, processes and service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence communicating with clients, staff and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
A proactive attitude with strong problem‐solving abilities.
The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative leadership team.
