We're looking for an energetic Sales Representative to drive new business and support existing clients. This role is quick paced and reports to the Sales Manager offering a mix of office-based lead generation and on-road client appointments - perfect for someone who loves variety, structure, and building strong relationships.
Currently located in Rydalmere. We're excited to be relocating to a new office space in
Kemps Creek in late ****.

What You'll Do:
Field Days:




Meet with new prospects and existing clients to grow revenue.
Work within your assigned territory and manage your own schedule efficiently.
Conduct occasional client site inspections and elevate safety risks when required.
Office Days:
Make 100+ cold calls daily to engage potential customers.
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and meet daily KPI targets.
Book appointments for upcoming road days.
Handle credit applications, client follow-ups and basic query resolution.
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Support inbound calls and assist the team during peak periods.
Join weekly sales meetings.
Skills and Experience
A natural communicator who enjoys talking to people
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve results
Resilient, energetic, and eager to learn
0-2 years' experience in sales - but not essential
