Reporting to the Sanitation Manager, you will play a key role in leading the sanitation team while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and environmental compliance are maintained across our production, packaging, warehouse, and office areas.
Key Responsibilities
Perform compliant cleaning and sanitation across all operational areas.
Supervise and coordinate sanitation activities across at least four primary areas (two facility and two equipment areas).
Mentor and assess team members across Levels 1–5 competency.
Maintain sanitation standards within assigned areas and equipment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including sanitation projects and procedure enhancements.
Assist with monitoring and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within assigned areas.
Communicate effectively with Management regarding safety, sanitation standards, procedures, and operational requirements.
Actively participate in Work Health and Safety (WHS) Committee activities.
