About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installer to join our installation team.
This is a hands on role working across residential homes, renovations, new builds and light commercial projects throughout Sydney.
You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople installing air conditioning systems while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Installing ducted, split, multi-head and VRV air conditioning systems




Reading plans and installing systems to manufacturer specifications
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite
Providing professional customer service on site
A fully maintained company vehicle, phone and tablet will be provided.
What We're Looking For
The successful applicant will have:
Minimum 3 years experience installing air conditioning systems
Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
Current Australian Driver Licence
Experience installing ducted air conditioning systems
Ability to read plans and work independently
Pride in producing neat, high quality installations
Strong problem solving skills
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Strong communication skills
Commitment to workplace safety
Current Australian residency with unrestricted working rights
Highly regarded:
Experience with Daikin and Fujitsu
White Card
EWP, Working at Heights or Scissor Lift tickets
