About the role
As a Store Manager with Australian Red Cross, you'll lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of a community-focused retail store. Your work centres on driving sales performance, elevating the customer experience, and ensuring the store is a welcoming, well-run setting. With support from the Area Manager, you'll analyse sales trends, shape local business strategies, and champion Red Cross values through exceptional service and community engagement.
You'll also play a pivotal role in building, coaching and inspiring a diverse team of staff and volunteers. From fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture to ensuring operational excellence across merchandising, donation flow, compliance and workforce development, you'll create a space where people feel supported, customers feel valued, and the shop thrives as a positive presence in the local community.

Confidence managing stock flow, merchandising, and store administration

This role is covered by the General Retail Industry Award ****, Level 6. Salary from $61,****** FTE (pro-rata for part-time) + superannuation, and access to salary packaging.
