About the Role
An exciting chance is available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail location at Brisbane Domestic Airport. Managing a team of ***** staff, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing your team, maintaining operational standards and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-moving environment. Working closely with senior leadership,



you will play a key role in ensuring the store consistently achieves both operational and commercial success.

Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership role
Strong ability to lead, coach and motivate retail teams
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Experience managing store performance, KPIs and daily operations
Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Stock control and inventory management experience preferred
High attention to detail and visual presentation standards
Flexible and adaptable approach to retail trading hours
