Job Description
What you will be doing:
Deliver personalised, luxury service at every guest interaction.
Provide expert local recommendations and bespoke itineraries.
Coordinate transport, reservations,



tours, and special requests.
Build meaningful guest relationships and anticipate individual needs.
Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Uphold Sofitel's luxury standards and service excellence.
Qualifications
About you:
Previous experience in Concierge, Front Office, or luxury hospitality.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong knowledge of Sydney's dining, entertainment, and attractions.
A proactive approach with exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
