YOUR ROLE:
Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of technicians and contractors
Manage and track service requests
Maintain clear communication with service technicians, contractors, customers and internal teams
Provide up to date reports on job status and team performance
Preparing quotations for service work
Responsible for parts receipting, allocating parts to work orders, and ensuring parts availability to support efficient workshop operations and job completion.
Provide high level of proactive customer service
Support administrative duties including reporting and updating ERP systems.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience working in a service department




High attention to detail and effective communication skills
Proficient in computer software, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
Extensive customer support experience
Must be available for immediate start and have current drivers licence
