Our client is a well-established real estate agency in Maitland looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their close-knit team. You'll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 165 properties, with additional administrative and field support to make your day that little bit easier.

The Role:
Manage an established residential portfolio end-to-end
Build solid relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance,



arrears and lease renewals
Complete inspections, rental reviews and compliance
Work closely with the Head of Department

About You:
Previous Property Management experience
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive and confident managing a portfolio
Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
