Monday to Friday Role - Immediate Start -$43.50 Per Hour + Overtime + Superannuation

Are you organised, detail-driven and excellent at keeping things on track? Join a quick-paced waste and recycling operation where compliance and safety are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a Compliance Administrator to help ensure our operations run smoothly, safely and in line with industry regulations.

Your Day-to-Day
Maintain driver licence and training records
Track compliance documents, inductions, and certifications
Assist with safety reports, incident records, and audits




Ensure policies and procedures are correctly documented and updated
Work closely with operations to keep fleet and driver compliance current
General administration and data management

What We’re Looking For
Robust administration and organisation skills
High attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and compliance tracking
Experience in transport, logistics, safety, or compliance (an advantage)
Confident with computer systems and Microsoft Office
Good communication skills working with drivers and operational teams
Current Car Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport to get to work

$43.50 Per Hour + Overtime + Superannuation
