VMCH’s social enterprise café in Bendigo is seeking a Disability Support Worker with hospitality experience to help people with disability build job skills, confidence and independence. Shifts are casual, Monday to Wednesday, 8.00am–3.00pm, with barista and food preparation duties.
You’ll guide trainees in developing barista, food prep and customer service skills, helping them grow personally and professionally toward employment and independence.
