About the role

As Team Leader, you will:
Lead, mentor and support a team of Occupational Therapists
Provide clinical guidance, supervision and career development
Drive quality, consistency and best practice across service delivery
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support team and business goals
Contribute to service growth, workforce planning and operational excellence

About you

We’re looking for someone who has:
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Robust clinical experience within disability, community, or related settings
Previous leadership, supervision or mentoring experience
Excellent communication,



organisation and relationship-building skills
A passion for developing others and delivering person‑centred care
