About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within hospitality
Confident leading from the floor during busy service periods, including nights and weekends
Solid stock control experience, including stocktakes and investigating stock variances
Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to build solid relationships and work collaboratively with the wider team
Experience managing multiple operational priorities in a fast‑paced venue
