About the Role

Tree planting is not for the faint-hearted. As a Tree Planter, you will work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions,



planting trees as part of a production-based team. This is a physically demanding role suited to individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

No two days are the same, and you'll work alongside people from diverse backgrounds on meaningful environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manual planting of trees across diverse sites
Meeting daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
Following site plans, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions

Skills & Experience
No prior experience required as full training is provided just come motivated, tough, and maybe a little wild.
Physically fit and capable of sustained manual labour
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Willingness to travel for work (desirable)

Requirements
Construction White Card.
Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
Full PPE (or willingness to purchase).
