Coogee Diggers is seeking an experienced Licensed Club Venue Manager to lead our venue operations across restaurant, bar, and events spaces. This hands-on role requires proven leadership in licensed venues and managing large teams to drive performance and solid financial results.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop staff, manage rostering and costs, and ensure compliance with licensing and WHS regulations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
