About the Role

This is a hands-on workshop position involving the fabrication, welding and assembly of a wide range of engineering projects. You'll work on both custom one-off jobs and repeat production work, offering a excellent balance of variety and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble components from engineering drawings.
Perform high-quality welding across a variety of materials and fabrication projects.
Manufacture products to specification while meeting quality and production deadlines.
Conduct quality inspections and identify any issues before completion.
Maintain a safe,



clean and organised workshop setting.
Work both independently and collaboratively with the workshop team.
Contribute to continuous improvement and effective workshop operations.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:
Trade qualification as a Boilermaker (Certificate III Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent).
Previous experience in a fabrication and welding workshop.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
A reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team setting.
Previous experience with press brakes would be an advantage.
