The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take full ownership of a global business and lead its transformation, growth, and culture. The successful candidate will have a clear mandate and Board support to create measurable value and prepare the business for its next chapter. This hands‐on leadership role is pivotal in setting the direction, lifting execution, and creating momentum across the organization.
The CEO will be responsible for sharpening strategy, professionalizing operations, and strengthening go-to-market performance, all while embedding a culture of accountability and pace. Close partnership with the Board is essential to implement the strategic plan, drive sustainable revenue growth, and improve customer retention. The ideal CEO for this role is a proven leader with a background in scaling technology or high‐growth software businesses.
They must possess strong commercial acumen, credibility at the Board level, and a track record of developing high‐performing teams. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with change, can make clear decisions, and set expectations that enhance performance. The CEO should be adept at aligning teams around a common purpose, translating vision into action, and measuring success through tangible outcomes.
