Duties:

Following their pre-qualification and commitment to a Membership fee with firm, you will conduct face-to-face and virtual sessions with members to build a tailor-made property portfolio plan

Duties will include:
Present shortlisted properties and position members with the most suitable properties for them based on their property portfolio plan
Managing a pipeline of members throughout various stages of the property purchasing process




Liaising with the internal investment lending team for capacity
Ensuring positive end-to-end member experience
Generating recent prospects from referrals
Following purchase, introduce them to and hand-over to the Member Success team

Specific requirements:
Proven track record of sales success within the property investment industry
Proficient with standard computer systems and CRM’s
Self-motivated, sets high goals and commits to achieving them
Always puts the success of clients first
Inspiring role, supporting clients in their wealth-creation journeys
