Full-Time Beauty Advisor and Team Leader

We are looking for a passionate and driven Beauty Advisor / Team Leader to join our Kippa-Ring store on a full time, Monday to Friday basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of eight while inspiring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and creating a positive, high-performing store culture.

About the Role
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of eight to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Drive store performance through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Share your expertise in skincare and makeup to deliver personalised beauty solutions.
Inspire your team with fresh ideas, creative initiatives, and innovative selling strategies.
Foster a positive, energetic, and results-focused setting.

About You
Has previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail.




Is passionate about beauty, with strong knowledge of skincare and makeup.
Has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Is highly motivated by KPIs and enjoys driving team performance.
Thinks outside the box and brings creative ideas to engage customers and boost sales.
Is an inspiring leader who can coach, develop, and motivate others to succeed.
Has experience in makeup artistry desirable but not essential.
