This is a dual role with a mix of reception and clinical assisting duties, offering variety and the prospect to learn recent skills in a warm and professional environment.

About the Role:

You’ll work across both reception and clinical areas, supporting our team of 8 dentists in a modern practice with 5 fully equipped surgeries.

Reception Duties Include:
Greeting patients with a smile and making them feel welcome
Booking and managing appointments
Answering phone calls and handling email enquiries
Processing payments and health fund claims
General administrative tasks to keep our front office running smoothly
Room changeovers and preparing treatment areas




Infection control procedures and maintaining a clean environment
Reprocessing and sterilisation of instruments
Basic lab work (training provided)

About You:
Friendly, reliable, and a true team player
Eager to learn and willing to work across different areas of the practice
Comfortable communicating with patients and supporting the clinical team
Ideally experienced in a dental setting
