Finance Manager | 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Manly location - Hybrid | $120K + 12% super + NFP salary packaging

Our client is a well-established not-for-profit. They're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team on a 6 month fixed term basis, reporting to the Head of Finance.
This is a broad, hands-on role covering financial operations, payroll oversight and finance business partnering. You'll work closely with General Managers, Executive leaders and cost centre managers, providing reporting, forecasting and analysis that genuinely shapes decision making across the organisation.
What you'll be doing:
Month-end processes and financial reporting
Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
Payroll administration and oversight
Grant acquittals and statutory reporting
Business partnering with stakeholders at all levels
Continuous improvement of finance systems and processes

What we're looking for:
CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)
Solid experience in a Finance Manager or similar role within a complex organisation
Solid track record across reporting, month-end, budgeting, forecasting, payroll and compliance
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables) and experience with financial management systems
Confident stakeholder skills, comfortable advising at all levels
