Job Description:
Capture Recruitment is seekinga Production Assembler for a position based in the Western Suburbs on Day shift for those with demonstrated experience.
This is an ongoing role with an immediate start and a view to permanency for the right candidate.
Shift Schedule:
Day Shift,7:00am to 3:00pm
Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Pick& prepare components from the warehouse for assembly
Assemble products in accordance with technical drawings, procedures & job instructions
Reading & interpreting industrial drawings for assembly of industrial fans
Use of hand & power tools
Forklift driving
Manual handling tasks
Carry out regular maintenance on assembly line tools& report defects to the Production Supervisor or Operations Manager
Assist with warehouse duties as required,



including non routine operational tasks
Maintain clean, organised & protected equipment, machinery & work areas
Requirements:
Current& valid forklift licence is essential
Ability to read& interpret technical drawings essential
Mechanical aptitude, with technical or trade training in mechanical processes considered highly desirable
Experience using hand & power tools
Experience using overhead crane advantageous
Proven ability to work with& meet KPI's
Basic computer capability across Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook
