Paediatric Occupational Therapist
to join our growing multidisciplinary team and help children and families achieve meaningful outcomes through evidence-based, family-centred therapy.
About the Role
Working primarily with children aged
0–12 years
, you'll provide assessment,



intervention and therapy services that support developmental, sensory, motor, self-care, play and social participation goals.
You'll work across a variety of settings including:
Our modern Allied Health clinic
Homes
Schools and early education settings
Community environments
You'll have the opportunity to:
Deliver comprehensive paediatric occupational therapy assessments
Develop individualised therapy programs
Facilitate individual and group therapy
Build capacity within families, carers and support networks
Supervise students, early career clinicians, and allied health assistants ensuring the maintenance and adherence of professional, clinical, ethical and safety standards.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Allied Health team
Participate in clinical supervision, peer review and professional development
Contribute to creative, evidence-based practice
Essential Requirements
A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Experience working with children with developmental delay and/or disability
A passion for neuro-affirming, strengths-based and family-centred practice
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Current NSW Driver Licence
Current Working With Children Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check




Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete).
Experience working within the NDIS, Community Health or similar paediatric settings will be highly regarded.
