About the Position:
An exciting new opportunity exists for a Building Designer / Development Coordinator. Responsibilities will include:
Assessing residential lots and development requirements.
Reviewing planning and building guidelines.




Identifying risks and recommending solutions.
Preparing documentation for projects and sales.
Working with consultants and internal teams.
Supporting land development projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
Experience in Building Design, Land development or private certification
5 years industry experience required
Strong knowledge of QLD residential planning and building requirements
