Uniting AgeWell is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support our Echuca Home Care program.
This permanent full time role covers in-home assessments and client care across Mildura and surrounding areas, with office time and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
You will lead care planning, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and promote person-centered age care in the community.
AHPRA Div 1 registration and a vehicle are required.
