Previous Travel Experience is Preferred
More then 1 year experience in a customer based role
Tasks & responsibilities
Working in a team
Answering phones and email's
Checking guests In and Out
Liaising with other staff departments through out the day
Make, Cancel or Amend Bookings
Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in the front office
Watching all closed common areas overnight
Enforcing quiet time policy from 10PM
