We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team at SDS Training in Rockhampton, Queensland. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational training to our clients, helping them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen fields.
What you'll be doing
Developing and delivering engaging and effective training programs tailored to the needs of our clients
Providing one-on-one and group training sessions, both in person and online
Assessing and evaluating the progress of trainees, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals
Industry experience and passionate in the Civil Construction, Rural and Agriculture.
Industry experience High Risk industries with High Risk Work Accredited Assessor with WHSQ
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporating this knowledge into your training approaches
Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our training offerings
What we’re looking for
Extensive experience in vocational training or teaching, preferably with in the job industry experience
Solid knowledge of the latest teaching methodologies and best practices in adult learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
Proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality training programs that achieve measurable outcomes
Adaptability and a willingness to continuously learn and improveRelevant qualifications in education or a related field
