About the Company
Our client is a long standing Current Home builder offering both project home and custom home product targeted at the 2nd to 4th home buyer. About the Role
An exciting chance has been created for a Building Supervisor to join their team. Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and scheduling of trades and materials for new home builds
Providing exceptional customer service to clients
Attending client and construction meetings
Maintaining workplace safety on all job sites
Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover
Maintenance
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years residential volume home supervising experience
Exceptional presentation and professionalism
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management and ability to problem solve and take initiative
An ability to work in a volume setting across multiple jobs
High level of maturity, responsibility and commitment to your role
Customer focused with a can-do attitude
