The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Associate to join a busy Property team.



This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys managing matters autonomously while working closely with clients and providing practical, commercial advice.
Your work will include:
Commercial, retail and industrial leasing
Residential and commercial conveyancing
Property acquisitions and disposals
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and leasing documentation
Managing transactions from commencement through to settlement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in leasing and conveyancing
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
The ability to manage files independently from start to finish
Accurate time recording and billing experience
A proactive, commercially minded approach to legal practice
