We have a permanent position, for an experienced
Site Manager / Supervisor
to join a quality and widely regarded, D&C; Builder, commencing on a
$5M-$7M hospitality project with on-going work across south Brisbane suburbs and the western corridor.
Projects are well-resourced with dedicated project management, procurement, safety and subordinate site supervision support.
Most importantly, you will be joining a Builder that still retains their core '
relationship-driven values
'across Client, Sub-Contractor and Consultant stakeholders.
We are looking for a
Site Manager / Supervisor
who has developed their reputation on the basis of
fairness and leadership of teams / subbies
, rather than dictating by title and ego.
Ideally you will be able to represent;
Reliable work history
and completion of projects in the commercial sector.



Please provide a project list with CV.
Building trade qualifications and
must hold a QBCC Supervisors or Builders License.
Strong programming capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Strong adherence to safety, and
Previous experience delivering end-to-end projects including earthworks, civils, structures and a high level of finishes.
