Junior Recruitment Consultant
to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing essential support to our Australian operations.

Role Overview
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, your role is key to supporting our Australian operations by ensuring a seamless end-to-end resourcing process during business hours (
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM AEST
).
You will play an important role in candidate engagement and provide ongoing support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
Key Duties
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
Review resumes and shortlist applicants.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings.
Collect required documents from candidates and ensure compliance standards are met.
Support candidate onboarding and induction processes.




Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
What We're Looking For
Excellent written and spoken English with a skilled and confident communication style.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to recruitment, HR, or customer service is an added advantage (not required).
