$161,241 to $168,919 pa (HEW9) (inclusive of $136,251 to $142,738 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Partnerships and Engagement Manager to join Faculty Operations, Faculty of Business and Law.
The Partnerships and Engagement Manager provides strategic leadership for the Faculty's external engagement, partnership development and strategically aligned externally supported activities. Working closely with the Executive Dean, Associate Dean (Engagement & International) and the Director of Operations, the role leads the Faculty's external engagement and partnership development across student experience, research, executive education, professional programs and other externally engaged initiatives.

What you need to succeed
Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline with extensive experience in partnership development, external engagement or strategic program development in a complex organisational environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships, engagement and externally supported activities,
Demonstrated strong analytical thinking to identify opportunities, assess risks and implement solutions.
Proven ability to build senior-level relationships and influence stakeholders across industry, government and community partners.
Demonstrated leadership capability, including leading teams and driving collaboration and continuous improvement across organisational boundaries.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and initiatives, including financial oversight, risk management and governance compliance.
Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
