About the role
Be the friendly first point of contact for patients, families and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing appointments, enquiries and phone calls.
Keep the department running smoothly by coordinating clinic bookings, transport, interpreter services and liaising with teams across the hospital.
Maintain accurate patient records, prepare correspondence and reports, and ensure all documentation is processed efficiently and confidentially.
Support a range of administrative activities, including clinical trials, country clinics and other services that help deliver high‐quality patient care.
Work closely with a supportive team, contributing to continuous improvements and providing administrative support across the department as needed.
About you
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or hospital environment.
A friendly, professional approach with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
High attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic patient management systems.
A proactive team player who takes initiative, works well independently and is committed to delivering excellent patient care through outstanding administrative support.
