You'll work alongside Minnie Tolentino, one of our most successful Melbourne-based brokers, who has built a thriving practice through deep community relationships and is now looking to bring that same model to Sydney.
About the role
This is a genuine opportunity to build your own broking business in Sydney, backed by the mentoring and aggregator support of an established, high-performing team. You'll be expected to build and manage your own referral partner network — real estate agents, accountants, financial planners,



and community contacts — while Minnie and the wider team help open doors with referral partners and pass on the occasional lead. This isn't a lead-fed role; there's no set pipeline commitment from our side. It suits someone entrepreneurial who wants to build something long-term rather than someone looking to be handed clients.
About you
You hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (minimum entry requirement) and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
You're comfortable being self-sufficient in generating your own referral relationships and client pipeline
You're a strong communicator with genuine relationship-building skills
You're fluent in English; proficiency in Tagalog/Filipino (or another Filipino language) will be highly valued, given our established relationships and referral networks within Sydney's Filipino-Australian community
Broking experience is welcomed but not essential — we're open to newly qualified brokers who bring the right networks and drive
Age and gender aren't considerations for this role — we're focused on finding the right fit for our clients and community
